With a sharp eye for opportunity and a deep passion for impact, Winslet leads BCU_family with the core belief that real transformation begins at the community level. Under his leadership, BCU_family has launched and implemented strategic projects in smart security systems, affordable housing, healthcare infrastructure, digital finance, AI-driven agriculture, youth empowerment, and smart cities.

Winslet is also the architect behind Place of Abundance (POA), a visionary smart city project based in Morogoro, Tanzania — designed to combine modern infrastructure, digital systems, sustainability, and economic opportunity under one transformative urban ecosystem.

He holds a strong foundation in accountancy and public service and is currently advancing his expertise in Smart Cities, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Economy Development. His leadership style is defined by innovation, integrity, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
